The Spark Behind Bridge Events

REAL CONNECTIONS

OLDER GENERATIONS
SHOULDN'T BE FORGOTTEN.

In a world dominated by screens, people are ready to step away from the apps and start making genuine, face-to-face connections again.

When people with similar interests get together, real friendships form naturally.

Community seniors deserve a microphone to share their stories and their craft, and recognition for the value they bring.

We took these heart-led observations and combined them with our years of experience in producing in-person events.

The idea for Bridge Events came from conversations with family members,
and was born out of three core realizations:

How It Started

The idea for Bridge Events didn't come from a business plan. It came from conversations about the need for more personal interactions, and how traditions, skills and stories risk disappearing if they're not passed on.

In our discussions we realized something important: people aren't just looking for activities. They're looking for connection. And many of the people with the most knowledge and life experience rarely have opportunities to share it,.

Bridge Events was created to bring these people together.

"Show up for the skill, stay for the stories, and leave with friendships that link you to the past."
