Bridge Events – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending a Bridge Events workshop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Ticket Purchases
Tickets are valid only for the event specified at the time of purchase. Seating may be limited, and admission is available only to registered attendees.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Bridge Events does not offer refunds for cancellations, missed events, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
Transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Bridge Events before the event begins, or
Request a credit toward a future Bridge Events event. Credits must be requested before the scheduled event and are valid for 12 months from the original event date.
Event Changes
Bridge Events reserves the right to modify event dates, times, locations, instructors, or programming when necessary.
If Bridge Events cancels an event, attendees will receive the option of:
a full refund, or
a credit toward a future event.
Participant Conduct
Bridge Events is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and fellow attendees with courtesy and respect.
Bridge Events reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or otherwise interferes with the experience of others. No refund or credit will be provided in these situations.
Assumption of Risk
Some events may involve light physical activity, cooking, crafting, gardening, or the use of tools or equipment. Participation is voluntary, and attendees assume responsibility for determining whether an activity is appropriate for them.
By attending a Bridge Events event, you acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks and that you participate at your own risk.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge Events, its owners, employees, volunteers, instructors, venues, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, property loss, or other damages arising from participation in an event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care throughout the event and for following any safety instructions provided by instructors or event staff.
Food Allergies
Some events may include food or beverages prepared by instructors or participants. While reasonable care may be taken, Bridge Events cannot guarantee that foods are free from allergens or cross-contamination. Individuals with food allergies or dietary restrictions participate at their own discretion.
Photography & Video
Bridge Events may photograph or record portions of events for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in these materials without compensation.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a Bridge Events team member upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
